What a week, from discovering my new local coffee spot (Ruby's Diner) to learning how to

create a sterling silver engraved ring from scratch - learning how to solder metals - likely to be one of the most exciting discoveries of my 26yrs, no lie!

Spent Sunday clearing out my entire wardrobe & selling it off to the community at bargain basement prices.

Oh & i got a super gig at this Brazillian company...

I've wanted a bed made of used pallets since Josh & Jenna from "The Block" made it a feature in their renovated Richmond workman's cottage, slowly i've looked for places to source them but haven't found any suitable yet, the idea of reusing a functional piece of wood brings an industrial yet inviting feel to the room.

Okay, so I'm totally over exaggerating but.. i did a fairly good job of baking and making a gift for a Kris Kringle this year, the limit was $20 which i spent on the packaging and ingredients.

Kongo who? That's what i said. He's a French graffiti artist with no known connection to the western african jungle.
Kongo in collaboration with Hermès have created some serious street style with the creation of the Hermès Graff scarf, proceeds from the scarf will benefit the non-profit organisation Kosmopolis, supporting young and upcoming graffiti talent.

Check out the lovely Lisa + Tegan (above) from Hermès getting amongst a Kongo creation at Vogue's fashion night out, held last night September 8 in Sydney.
